Resins in South Korea, has been named Director of Asian Sales and
Marketing for phenoxy manufacturer InChem Corp. of Rock Hill, S.C.,
effective immediately.
Joe, whose Korean name is Joe Namsok, has been selling phenoxy resins
for InChem Corp. in Korea for 10 years, concentrating on paint,
coatings and adhesive applications.
"Chris has done an outstanding job for us in Korea, and he was a
natural choice for us to further expand our sales throughout Asia,"
said Jim Werkmeister, Director of Sales for the Phenoxy Division of
InChem Corp. "We are finding growing interest in and demand for
phenoxy as Asian countries develop and expand rapidly."
Phenoxy resins are tough, flexible, clear thermoplastics used in such
demanding technologies as composites, adhesives and coatings for
aerospace, automotive, electronics, engineered plastics, packaging and
consumer goods applications.
Chris Joe majored in chemistry at Myongji University in South Korea
and received a master's degree in management information systems at
Ajou University. He has worked for Korean chemical manufacturers and
distributors since 1995.
